In our aspirations to be acknowledged as a leading service provider in the oil & gas industry, Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. is dedicated to be well-verse and coherent in all relevant aspects of HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT.
Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. implements this policy by setting its prime commitment to ensure the health, safety, security of all its personnel(s) or any other person(s) performing their duties with/within Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. and also to reduce the impact on the environment.
Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. implements this policy to comply with all relevant legislation, ensuring that effective measures are being carried out to provide the necessary protection for the health, safety, security and environment that may be affected directly or indirectly.
Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. commitment includes in the following provisions:
1. Prior to executing work, all personnel(s), contractors or any other relevant authorities are to be made aware of the risks involved and any potential hazards that may cause harm.
2. The Management and Employees must have relevant knowledge to prevent injuries and any circumstances.
3. Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd goal is to have “ZERO” accident and this target can be achieved by promoting Safety Awareness through activities to understand that all accidents are preventable.
4. Strive to enforce that all sub-contractors apply the same STANDARDS on health, safety, security and environment protection as that of Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd.
5. We will endeavor to protect and conserve the environment in all our operations and activities.
6. To comply with all applicable and other legal requirements.
7. Attendance is to be made compulsory for all new hire to attend pre-mobilization briefing prior to mobilization to client’s facility.
8. To maintain and constantly enhance our corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Management System in conformance with ISO 45001.
Quality Policy
It is the policy of Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. to deliver quality services including establishing, documenting and maintaining an effective and economical Quality Management Systems that conforms to customer’s requirements and specifications.
In order to achieve these objectives, it is the policy of Barisan Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. to establish and implement the Quality Management Systems to ensure the work is executed in accordance with the applicable technical standard, code and specifications.
The quality objectives are:
1. Employing dedicated competence personnel of the appropriate qualification, experience and training.
2. Achieving, maintaining and continuously improving the quality of our service.
3. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
4. Completing the activities within the approved budget and schedule requirements.
5. Delivering cost effective and safe solutions, on-time and at every time.
Quality Management Systems and its standard operating procedures shall be developed to ensure
that the Contract Quality Plan provisions are put into practice and all project staff, including
subcontractors shall be required to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Contract
Quality Plan.
